CHISINAU, August 13 (RIA Novosti) - Romania's Cernavoda nuclear power plant (NPP) has been temporarily shut down due to low water levels in the Danube River, with authorities planning to compensate for the shortfall through imports, Energy Ministry State Secretary Sorin Elisei said on Thursday.
