Russian serviceman killed in explosion in Sevastopol

MOSCOW, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- A serviceman of the Russian Defense Ministry was killed in an explosion in Sevastopol on Thursday, said the city's governor Mikhail Razvozhayev. A young woman was detained on the spot by the Federal Security Service on allegations of carrying out the attack on instructions from Ukrainian special services, Razvozhayev said.
