WASHINGTON, August 7 (RIA Novosti) - Tactical nuclear weapons are increasingly being considered to be a means of limiting mass destruction during conflicts, Breaking Defense reported on Friday, citing Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Elbridge Colby. According to the report, Colby also stressed that the United States needs rational nuclear options for using nuclear weapons as a retaliatory measure.
