WASHINGTON, August 7 (RIA Novosti) - US President Donald Trump is puzzled that the Federal Reserve has not cut the interest rate under the new chair, White House National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett said on Friday. "Every time I talk to him, he [Trump] wonders why it is that we have amongst the highest interest rates in the world," Hassett told reporters.
