MOSCOW, August 7 (RIA Novosti) - Voters have already submitted 643,000 applications to use remote electronic voting in the 2026 unified election day, Russian Central Election Commission (CEC) Deputy Chairman Nikolay Bulayev said on Friday. "As of this morning, 643,000 applications have been submitted, which is quite a lot," Bulayev said at a CEC meeting.
