SOLNECHNOGORSK, Russia, August 4 (RIA Novosti) - The number of children dead after Ukraine's attack on Russia's Arkhipo-Osipovka has increased to four, Russian Children's Rights Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova said on Tuesday.
