MOSCOW, August 2 (RIA Novosti) - More than 3,000 military personnel and law enforcement officers have been deployed in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta to maintain security amid the migration crisis, the Spanish government's office in the enclave told RIA Novosti on Sunday.
