Oman reports higher oil, natural gas production in H1

MUSCAT, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- Oman's oil production increased 10.6 percent and natural gas production rose 6.7 percent in the first half of 2026 from a year earlier, according to data released Saturday by the country's National Center for Statistics and Information. Total oil production reached 198.01 million barrels by the end of June, from 179.05 million barrels in the same period last year, while average daily output increased to 1.09 million......
