GOBABIS, 01 AUG (NAMPA) - International Labour Organisation (ILO) Director-General Gilbert Houngbo has commended Namibia's downstream diamond industry for promoting decent work, employment creation and skills development, saying the country's governance practices provide a strong foundation for responsible business and sustainable economic growth.
