MOSCOW, July 31 (RIA Novosti) - Polish Minister of National Defense Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz said on Friday that Polish fighter jets were scrambled due to the flight of a Russian Il-20 aircraft over the Baltic Sea, acknowledging that it did not violate Polish airspace.
