MOSCOW, July 31 (RIA Novosti) - The flow of migrants voluntarily returning from the Spanish enclave of Ceuta to Morocco on Friday accelerated to 250 people per minute, the Cadena SER radio reported, citing sources in Spanish Civil Guard. Europa Press reported that hundreds of migrants who had entered Ceuta en masse in the past day had begun voluntarily returning to Morocco.
