MOSCOW, July 28 (RIA Novosti) - The launching ceremony for Russia's newest multipurpose nuclear-powered submarine of Project 885M Yasen-M class, Ulyanovsk, took place in the Russian port city of Severodvinsk on Tuesday, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
