MOSCOW, July 22 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union has failed to agree on its 21st package of anti-Russian sanctions because of Greece that blocked a proposal to restrict European vessels from transporting Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) to countries outside the EU, the Politico newspaper reported on Wednesday, citing diplomatic sources.
