EU Opens Key Stage of Accession Talks With Moldova, Ukraine

MOSCOW, June 15 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union has officially opened the first and most important negotiation cluster in the accession talks with Moldova and Ukraine, the Council of the EU announced on Monday. "Today, negotiations on Cluster 1 (Fundamentals) were opened.
