Hungarian Parliament OKs 8-Year Term Limit for Prime Ministers

MOSCOW, June 15 (RIA Novosti) - The Hungarian parliament adopted on Monday a constitutional amendment limiting the prime minister to two four-year terms, with retroactive effect that blocks former Prime Minister Viktor Orban from returning to power. Lawmakers from the ruling Tisza party submitted the constitutional amendment bill immediately after the new parliament was confirmed. The term limit applies o anyone who has held the post since 1990​​......
