Berlin (dpa) - Russian opposition politician Ilya Yashin has founded a political party in Berlin aimed at serving as a rallying point for Russia's fragmented opposition in exile. The organization was formally launched at a founding congress and adopted the name Peaceful Russia, Yashin said on social media on Monday.
