MOSCOW, June 10 (RIA Novosti) - The Canadian-Ukrainian agreement on the production of UAVs in Canada speaks to a qualitatively new level of Ottawa's involvement in the Ukrainian crisis, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.
