MOSCOW, May 22 (RIA Novosti) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul has proposed that NATO countries provide Ukraine with an additional 90 billion euros ($104 billion) on top of the already agreed EU loan of the same amount, German news portal BR24 reported on Friday.
