MOSCOW, May 15 (RIA Novosti) - The Moscow Arbitration Court on Friday upheld the claim of the Bank of Russia to recover 200 billion euros ($232 billion) from Belgium's Euroclear Bank, a participant in the closed-door hearing told RIA Novosti.
