Turkey's central bank has raised its year-end inflation forecast to 26 percent from 16 percent, governor Fatih Karahan said Thursday, pointing to higher energy prices due to the Middle East war. Turkey has grappled with double-digit inflation since 2019, with annual inflation rising to 32.37 percent in April from 30.9 percent in March.
