WINDHOEK, 13 MAY (NAMPA) -Namibia’s national average house price rose to N.dollars 1.4 million in the first quarter of 2026, with the FNB House Price Index growing by 7.1 per cent, FNB Namibia said on Tuesday.
The bank said transaction volumes increased by 10.4 per cent, remaining in double-digit growth territory for the second consecutive quarter.
