Iran Introduces New Mechanism for Ship Transit Through Strait of Hormuz – Reports

MOSCOW, May 5 (RIA Novosti) - Iran has introduced a new mechanism for passage of vessels through the Strait of Hormuz, Iran's Press TV channel reported on Tuesday. Vessels intending to pass through the waterway will receive an email from the Iranian Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA) with information on transit rules, the report said.
