WINDHOEK, 05 MAY (NAMPA) - Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (Namfisa) Chief Executive Officer, Kenneth Matomola, has announced that the Financial Institutions and Markets Act (FIMA) and the Namfisa Act came into operation on 01 May 2026.
