WASHINGTON, May 5 (RIA Novosti) - Prime Minister Mark Carney on Tuesday announced King Charles III gave his approval to the appointment of former Supreme Court Justice Louise Arbour as Canada's next Governor General. "I am very pleased to announce that on my recommendation, His Majesty has approved the appointment of the Honourable Louise Arbour as the 31st Governor General of Canada," Carney said during a press briefing from the National Gallery......
