Iranian Army Says Fired Warning Shots in Direction of US Ships Trying to Pass Via Hormuz

TEHRAN, May 4 (RIA Novosti) - The Iranian army said on Monday that it had fired warning shots towards US ships that tried to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. "After the American-Zionist destroyers ignored the initial warning, the army's naval forces issued a warning, firing cruise missiles, missiles and combat drones at the area where the enemy ships were located," the army said in a statement, as quoted by the Tasnim news agency....
