Berlin (dpa) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said he urged Iran to negotiate a settlement to end the war in a call with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi on Sunday, underlining in a post on X that Germany and the US share a common position on Iran's nuclear programme. "As a close US ally, we share the same goal: Iran must fully and verifiably renounce nuclear weapons and immediately reopen the Strait of Hormuz," Wadephul said. Germ......
