Lawyers for Myanmar's deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi on Thursday welcomed a decision to move her to house arrest, five years after sweeping her into detention in a 2021 coup. "Aung San Suu Kyi has lived through hell in the Burmese prisons for over five years.
