MOSCOW, April 22 (RIA Novosti) - Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz expressed his outrage on Wednesday over remarks made by the Ukrainian ambassador to Warsaw, who had claimed that Roman Shukhevych, the leader of the Nazi collaborator group Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA, banned in Russia) was not a criminal.
