Barrier Units of 47th Ukrainian Brigade Kill Soldiers Trying to Surrender, Desert

LUGANSK, April 21 (RIA Novosti) - Barrier units of the Ukrainian armed forces' 47th brigade have been killing any soldier who attempts to surrender or desert, with the soldiers then being listed as missing in action, security officials told RIA Novosti.
