China to Implement Zero Tariffs for Imports From 53 African Countries From May 1 - Xi

MOSCOW, April 21 (RIA Novosti) - China will implement zero-tariff measures for imports from 53 African countries with which it has diplomatic ties, starting May 1, Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Tuesday.
