A Florida man who has spent 35 years on Death Row for the murder of his neighbor is to be executed by lethal injection on Tuesday. Chadwick Willacy, 58, is to be put to death at 6:00 pm (2200 GMT) at the Florida state prison in Raiford. Willacy was sentenced to death in 1991 for the murder the previous year of a neighbor, Marlys Sather, 56, during a burglary of her home.
