UN's Lacroix Visits Cyprus, Will Meet With Officials Amid Reported Tanks in Buffer Zone

UNITED NATIONS, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - UN Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations Jean-Pierre Lacroix on Monday landed in Cyprus for a two-day visit during which he is set to meet with UN officials and military to assess the situation in the buffer zone, the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) said.
