President Emmanuel Macron said Monday France was not specifically targeted in the killing of a French UN soldier in Lebanon, while blaming pro-Iranian group Hezbollah for the attack. "It was Hezbollah, in fact, that targeted our soldiers," Macron said of Saturday's attack. "They didn't target them because they were French.
