NATO Chief Congratulates Radev on Bulgarian Election Victory

MOSCOW, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on Monday congratulated former Bulgarian President Rumen Radev on his Progressive Bulgaria party's victory in the national parliamentary elections and expressed a desire for continued cooperation on shared security challenges. "Spoke with Rumen Radev following his election victory in Bulgaria. I look forward to continued cooperation on shared security challenges," Rutte wrote on X......
