WINDHOEK, 17 April 2026 - ENERGY SECURITY: NamPower has listed a N.dollars 5 billion Domestic Medium-Term Note (DMTN) programme on the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX). The programme, arranged in partnership with Cirrus Securities and Nedbank Namibia, provides the state-owned utility with flexible access to domestic debt capital markets to fund planned infrastructure and energy projects. WINDHOEK, 17 APR (NAMPA) - NamPower on Thursday listed its N.dollars 5 billion Domestic Medium-Term Note (DMTN) Programme on the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX), marking a significant step in the utility’s efforts to diversify funding for long-term energy infrastructure projects.

The listing was announced during a bell-ringing ceremony held at the 2026 Cirrus Investor Conference in Swakopmund.
