IMF Chief Warns Rising Defense Spending Driving Higher Deficits, Debt

WASHINGTON, April 15 (RIA Novosti) - Rising defense spending globally is leading to an even greater increase in budget deficits and public debt, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
