WINDHOEK, 15 APR (NAMPA) - President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has raised concern over what she described as over-regulation in Namibia, saying persistent bottlenecks continue to hinder progress.
She made the remarks during a visit to Dinapama Manufacturing and Supplies in Windhoek on Tuesday.
Nandi-Ndaitwah underscored the need for gradual reforms within government to create a more conducive environment for growth.
