WASHINGTON, April 15 (RIA Novosti) - An officer with ties to Ukraine's Azov special forces brigade (designated as terrorist and banned in Russia) received leadership courses in Canada in early 2026, the Ottawa Citizen newspaper reported on Wednesday, citing Canadian soldiers.
