BEIRUT, April 15 (RIA Novosti) - Lebanon submitted a formal complaint to the United Nations Security Council and Secretary-General Antonio Guterres over Israeli airstrikes carried out on April 8, the Lebanese Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
