MOSCOW, April 13 (RIA Novosti) - Commercial stocks of crude oil and petroleum products in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries increased by 6.2 million barrels in February to 2.826 billion barrels, which is 38.5 million barrels above the five-year average, according to OPEC report released on Monday.
