Germany hopes a change of government in Hungary will lead to the EU's planned aid for Ukraine being released "very quickly" after it was held up for months by Budapest, a government spokesman said Monday. "The German government is counting on this and is therefore looking forward to the swift formation of a government in Hungary," spokesman Stefan Kornelius said after conservative Peter Magyar's victory over nationalist leader Viktor Orban. fec/j......
