Ukraine Will Need Continued Financing Regardless of Conflict Resolution - IMF Director

WASHINGTON, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine will continue to need external financing regardless of whether the conflict with Russia is resolved in the near future or not, International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said on Sunday.
