MOSCOW, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom is looking into a plan to build a lunar nuclear power plant that is an order of magnitude more powerful than the current 10 kilowatt project, Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev said on Sunday.
