MOSCOW, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - Swedish coast guard officers boarded a Spain-bound Panama-flagged tanker, Hui Yuan, on Sunday over suspicion that its crew dumped coal waste into the sea, the Swedish Coast Guard said.
