MOSCOW, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - The Ukrainian armed forces have violated the Easter ceasefire 1,971 times since it took hold on Saturday, the Russian Defense Ministry said. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a ceasefire from 4 p.m. local time (13:00 GMT) on Saturday until the end of the day on April 12.
