London (PA Media/dpa) - Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez faces another spell on the sidelines after reinjuring his calf. Martinez underlined his importance to Inter's Serie A title bid with a double in last Sunday's 5-2 demolition of Roma, the Argentina striker's first appearance after seven weeks on the treatment table. But medical tests on Friday revealed a mild muscle strain in his lower left leg, which he originally injured on February 18......
