DOHA/TEHRAN, April 11 (RIA Novosti) - The United States has given Lebanon guarantees that Israel will not bomb Beirut until April 14, the date of Lebanese-Israeli talks in Washington, a Lebanese official source told Saudi television channel Al Hadath on Saturday.
