MOSCOW, April 10 (RIA Novosti) - Kirill Dmitriev, Russia's special presidential representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, is currently on a visit to the United States, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday. "I can confirm this visit," Peskov told reporters when asked if the Kremlin could confirm information that Dmitriev was currently in the United States.
