London (PA Media/dpa) - Barcelona have sent a formal complaint to UEFA after they were denied a penalty in their 2-0 Champions League quarter-final first-leg defeat against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night. Barca were left fuming after a 54th-minute incident in which Atletico goalkeeper Juan Musso appeared to play a goal-kick short to Marc Pubill but the defender, believing play was still dead, handled the ball before passing it back to Musso.......
