Wall Street stocks were little changed early Thursday as oil prices resumed an upward climb on doubts about the sustainability of the US-Iran ceasefire. Israel vowed more strikes against Hezbollah, dismissing calls to include Lebanon in the truce. The Strait of Hormuz remained largely blocked to traffic, impeding oil tankers and lifting crude prices. About 15 minutes into trading, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.2 percent at 47,813.77......
